Services
ByteSize Solutions provides custom software development, AI Workforce subscription services, and DAS (Distributed Antenna System) RF survey and design services.
Payment
Paid discovery sessions ($50 / 30 minutes for demo and custom-software strategy calls) are collected via Polar.sh and credited toward qualifying projects when work begins. AI Workforce subscriptions bill per the plan selected at checkout. DAS consults are free.
Refunds & Rescheduling
Session fees may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Refund requests for paid sessions are handled case-by-case before the session occurs. Subscription billing follows Polar's terms for your plan.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own deliverables created for their projects. ByteSize Solutions retains the right to reuse general know-how, libraries, and non-client-specific tooling.
DAS Services
DAS surveys, estimates, and design documents are planning aids. They are not binding construction contracts unless separately executed. AHJ requirements vary by jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided as-is within the scope agreed for each engagement. ByteSize Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
