Agreement to These Terms
By using bytesizesolutions.dev or engaging ByteSize Solutions for services, you agree to these terms. If we sign a separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement with you, that document controls where it differs from these terms.
Services
ByteSize Solutions provides custom software development, AI and automation systems, growth engineering, and DAS (Distributed Antenna System) RF survey and design services. The scope, timeline, and price of each client engagement are defined per project in writing.
Booking & Payment
Discovery and DAS consults booked through this site are free. This marketing site does not sell paid sessions or subscriptions. Project work is scoped and billed under a separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement.
Refunds & Rescheduling
Free Discovery or DAS bookings can be rescheduled via the Cal.com confirmation email. Paid project engagements follow the refund and cancellation terms in the applicable proposal or services agreement.
Your Ownership of Deliverables
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you own the deliverables we build for you once they are paid for — including the code, with full repository transfer at handoff. ByteSize Solutions retains ownership of its general know-how, pre-existing tools, and non-client-specific libraries; where those are included in a deliverable, you receive a license to keep using them as part of it. Open-source components remain under their own licenses.

The content of this website — text, graphics, branding, and portfolio material — belongs to ByteSize Solutions or its clients and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
DAS Services
DAS surveys, estimates, and design documents are planning aids. They are not binding construction contracts unless separately executed. Requirements of the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) vary — final code-compliance decisions rest with the AHJ and your licensed contractors.
Disclaimers
The website is provided as-is. Services are provided with reasonable skill and care within the scope agreed for each engagement; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, rankings, or conversion results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteSize Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and revise the date above. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
