The project
ByteSize VMS is our own product — designed and shipped by the same team that builds for clients. It replaces clipboard check-in with a polished digital experience for lobbies, offices, and multi-tenant buildings.
Challenge
The problem
Most visitor systems are either sticky-note chaos or enterprise software priced for Fortune 500 budgets. Mid-size facilities needed something secure, branded, and fast to deploy.
Solution
What we built
We built a full visitor management platform: digital check-in, badge printing workflows, host alerts, visitor logs, and admin controls — with Polar billing and a self-serve onboarding path.
