The product
New business and delivery usually live in different tools owned by different people — and the moment a deal closes, the context that won it gets left behind. Status lives in standups; the best answers live in whoever has been there longest.
We built one platform that carries work from first touch to final delivery: lead capture, scoring, and routing on the front end, delivery boards on the back, and a tailored GPT grounded in both — so “where does this stand?” has one answer, and it comes from the system.
The challenge
Leads arrived through forms and went stale in an inbox. Qualification depended on who happened to read the thread first. And when a deal was won, delivery restarted from zero — scope, promises, and history scattered across sheets and chat.
An AI assistant pointed at that sprawl would only have automated the confusion. The fix had to be structural: one data model for pipeline and projects, then intelligence on top of records the team actually trusts.
The solution
We built the front door first: lead capture with scoring and routing that turns a form fill into a structured opportunity someone can act on. Win the deal, and it hands off to delivery with owner, scope, and history intact — on boards shaped to how the team actually ships, not a forced Asana clone.
Because pipeline and projects share one data model, the tailored GPT on top is genuinely useful: ask for status, next steps, or a client-ready draft, and it answers from live records — with a person approving anything that goes out the door.
The result
One front door for leads — captured, scored, and routed while they're still warm
Handoffs that carry scope and history into delivery instead of dropping them
Status, next steps, and client-ready drafts from a GPT reading live records
Five tools' worth of tab-switching collapsed into one system
