The product

Most businesses lose revenue in the gaps between conversations: the call that hits voicemail, the email that sits until Thursday, the lead nobody messaged a second time.

We built a communications automation platform that closes those gaps in both directions — inbound email, SMS, and voice answered and routed as they arrive; outbound outreach and follow-ups that run on schedule and stop the moment a human takes over.

The challenge

Inbound was a race the team kept losing. Calls went to voicemail during busy hours and after close. Emails queued behind whoever owned the inbox that day. By the time someone responded, the prospect had already heard back from a competitor.

Outbound had the opposite problem: it ran on memory. First messages went out; second and third touches didn't. The follow-ups that win deals were exactly the ones nobody had time to send.

The solution

We put automation on both sides of the line. Inbound calls get answered immediately, the request is understood in plain language, and the conversation is routed — or escalated to a person with full context. Email and SMS get the same treatment, in one thread per customer.

Outbound runs as sequences instead of intentions: email and SMS follow-ups spaced over days, with calls queued where a voice touch earns more than another message. Every sequence stops the instant someone replies, and a human owns the conversation from there.

The result

  • Every inbound call, email, and text answered — during business hours and after

  • Requests routed by intent, with people picking up the thread with full context

  • Follow-up sequences that run to schedule and stop the instant someone replies

  • One conversation history per customer across all three channels
