The product
ByteSize Studio is our own product, built on a bet every founder will recognize: most of what eats the week isn't the craft — it's the overhead around it. Chasing leads, sending follow-ups, scheduling calls, keeping content moving. Studio does that work the way a small team would, from one workspace.
Underneath sits a RAG knowledge base that grounds a custom GPT in the business itself — offers, process, voice, operations — so what it writes and answers is specific to the company, never generic AI output. And we run Studio on our own pipeline first: every automation earns its place with us before it ships to customers.
The challenge
Small businesses rarely lose to competitors — they lose to overhead. A CRM in one tab, email sequences in another, a booking link in a third, a content calendar in a fourth, and a chatbot that has read none of it. Context never travels with the lead, and the follow-ups that win deals are exactly the ones nobody had time to send.
The standard fix is hiring — an SDR for outreach, a marketer for content, an assistant for scheduling. That's payroll most founders take on years before revenue justifies it. What they actually need is the output of those roles without the headcount.
The solution
We built Studio to work like a team, not a toolbox. It generates and scores leads, then works them: personalized email, timed follow-ups, and booking that turns a warm reply into a calendar slot without the back-and-forth. Content creation runs in the same workspace, on the same context.
The knowledge base ties it all together — documents, offers, and operations feed a custom GPT that writes and answers like someone who has been at the company for years. Because every piece shares one brain, the lead a sequence warmed up is the same lead the calendar books and the GPT can brief you on.
The result
Live SaaS built for small teams and founders — run on our own pipeline first
One workspace covering lead gen, scoring, email follow-up, booking, and content
A custom GPT grounded in the business's own knowledge base — answers, not guesses
The output of a sales rep, a scheduler, and a copywriter — without the payroll
